You Aim - You Get - Then What - Where Does It Stop?

Alright let us start with this line (opening should be punchy eh? - Oh I think it already is..)

Personally and professionally, all of us (excluding tillu) aim for somthing.....

For example:

Jay:

Personally: Love of his life, respect from others (which he is never gonna get - heck, he does not respect himself after getting to the self-conscious state of mind I have been blabbering about), money (agreed: it should typically be a professional goal - but that is the case if you WORKKKKKK - so how does that apply here, I am sure you get the drift my drunk friends - sober folks - get a ...........), education (yes yes, jay stop jumping around now - agreed you have now got some mojo here), health (haaaaaa - i am sure you guys know george clooney, just add 100 pounds to him and give him a glass of beer - you got my friend here), party, party, party....etc.

Professionally: Intellectually satisfying job profile (in other words, you work less and make people feel you work a lot and you should get awfully paid), good position in a company, a good excuse to stay away from your personal life at times, etc.

Tillu

Personally: Love of his life (just a word of caution here, tillu here falls in love with anyone walking in a piece of skirt - yeah, it would not even matter if it was a guy), respect (hahahahahahahahahahaha), money (read the comments for Jay, our bro here is a category below jay), education (if only wishes came true - heheh), party, party, party.... etc.)

Professionally: Money, money, and money - he does not care how he gets it - no aspirations in life......heck, he would even whore himself to get it (actually if you seriously think about it, any form of work can be looked as whoring yourself - but to think this way you need help of beer and reach the stage of self-actualization)

Naveen

Personally: Love of his life (he falls in love with every girl he becomes friends with - and he plans his life in the first week of going out with the girl, things such as, marriage, kids, etc. are planned to stary with - typical Indian dude - how he is different from tillu, our friend here is looking for female company and he gets it some times; whereas tillu is just looking for company, any of it actually...), party, party, party....etc

Professionally: to be an entreprenure (dude actually is big dreamer, so if he plays the cards right he might actually make it....and then me and jay are gonna leech on him), etc.

Symka

Personally: Love of her life (guy should be wearing specs for sure, should be a good cook, should have money - meaning should not be a hippy, should be a good dancer, good dressing sense - so needs the sterotypical good guy), friends - lots of them, party, party, party....etc.

Professionally: Blondely satisfying job profile (in other words - she is a BLONDE - what else do you guys want me to say), enough money, a good excuse to stay away from your personal life at times, etc.

Why have I been listing all of this crap - why why why....oh I remember.....because i am drunk....bt to achieve what.....oh yes yes...i was trying to say somthin to you folks......let me copy paste the the stuff i started with......

SO THE QUESTION IS AFTER ACHIEVING WHAT YOU AIMED FOR - WHAT NEXT??

DO WE STOP AFTER ACHIEVING WHAT WE SET OUT FOR?

IF WE DO NOT STOP, THEN DO WE EVER STOP SETTING GOALS FOR OURSELVES?

IF WE DO NOT STOP SETTING GOALS, DOES THAT NOT UNDERMINE OUR ACHIEVEMENTS?

After looking at the life of little group of people here, the answer is actually NO for all the questions.....

After thinking hard about it all, I have realized one thing - I need another drink.....

Any thoughts my lovely friends - I miss you all.....(no Jay - I am not trying to use this line to get away with all the crap I heaped on all of you guys....
